It's the Final Countdown.... de na na naaa, de na na na naaa!!

Be honest, you sang it didn't you?! We are just days away from the launch of Love You Love Life Live Life! This collection of daily practices is going to really augment and improve the benefits you are already seeing from The Little Book of Tough Self Love, and so I know you are going to get a lot out of it. I enjoyed a relatively relaxed weekend considering how close we are to launch, but I have a mad 'to do' list to tackle now. It will be worth it, and I just want to say a huge thankyou to everyone who helped to make The Little Book an Amazon Kindle Bestseller. The other exciting news, is that I will be preparing The Little Book of Tough Self Love for release in paperback, and on Smashwords and a number of other platforms - so if you are a Nook, or Kobo reader you will be able to get a copy in your favourite format! Next post will be all about the benefits of Intermittent Fasting and Outdoor Swimming - I hope - unless something else comes across my path in the meantime :-)

Book 2 of the Therapy Companions Series is nearly with us!!!

Book 2 in my Therapy Companions book series has a cover! We are just going through the editing process and hope to have it with you by mid-August. 

It is a book with lots of daily exercises that you can work through. They are designed to only take up around 10 to 15 minutes a day at most. You can do each exercise consecutively - one each day for 6 weeks; or spend a little time on each one until it becomes habit; even mix and match the things that you think will work best for you to create a morning and/or evening routine. 

However you use the book it is a great resource to add to The Little Book of Tough Self Love, and by using them you get a little bit of my advice and support there with you every single day!!

I really enjoyed reading this book. I am a big self-help reader and have read a ton of books on the topic, but this book really impressed me. Spotlight On........ Skin!!

Spotlight On....... Skin!!!

This weeks spotlight will be falling on probably the least looked after organ in our body - the skin.

But I hear you cry 'I cleanse, tone, moisturise. I buy ridiculously expensive lotions and potions for it.' But do you know what is in those lotions and potions? Would you consider eating the ingredients of your cosmetics (this may seem a little extreme I hear you gasping)? Do you consider where those imgredients come from and what effects they may have once absorbed into your system?

New Opening Hours!

Just to let you know I will now be open on Saturday morning for 2 appointment slots beetween 10am and 1pm. Obviously these may be quite popular so please do understand that you may need to wait if you want a weekend slot.

I do have a late night on Thursday's until 8pm, and I am ope until 6pm every other day, so hopefully there will be a time you can make it in for a session
